Wool fibre can be considered a self-cleaning and antibacterial material. Therefore, wool does not need regular washing. The best care is airing it in a place sheltered from direct sunlight. To wash woollen items, use special mild detergents for wool and silk. Wash by hand in 30-40\u00ba C (86-104\u00ba F) water. When washing, do not rub but crush lightly. Squeeze out excess water, but do not wring.<\/p>

Machine washing can also be used - be sure to choose a wool wash program; otherwise, the wool will age, and a significantly smaller item will come out of the machine. To dry, lay the woollen products on a flat surface. To avoid stretching, do not hang on a string.\nIron damp or use steam.
